1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Jumpyloo ("the Game") or visiting jumpyloo.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game or Website. These Terms are between you and Foculoom LLC ("Foculoom," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Jumpyloo is a vertical-jump arcade game for iOS. Players tap to make the character jump, avoid hazards, and climb as high as possible. The Game is designed for children and families and is completely free with no in-app purchases or advertisements.

The Game is distributed through the Apple App Store and may be updated, expanded, or changed over time.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Game and Website for lawful entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Game.
Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Game or its content without our written consent.

THE GAME AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FOCULOOM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOCULOOM LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME OR WEBSITE. IN NO EVENT WILL FOCULOOM'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME (WHICH IS $0.00).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Game or Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
