Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 12, 2026 · Last updated: July 12, 2026
Short version: Jumpyloo does not collect, store, or share any personal information. Everything stays on your device. No data is sent to any server. The game is designed with children's privacy as the first priority.
1. Who We Are
Jumpyloo is a product of Foculoom LLC, a California limited liability company. You can reach us via our support page.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Jumpyloo is designed to operate without collecting any personal information. Specifically:
- We do not collect names, email addresses, or any contact information from children or their parents.
- We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, crash reporters, or advertising networks.
- We do not serve ads of any kind.
- We do not include in-app purchases or subscriptions.
- We do not track user behavior across apps or websites.
- We do not use push notifications.
- All game progress is saved locally on the device and is not transmitted anywhere.
3. Information We May Process
The following limited data handling occurs, solely for the stated purposes:
- Support form: If you contact us via our support page, we receive the content of your message and any contact information you voluntarily provide. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry and do not retain it longer than necessary.
- Website access logs: This website (jumpyloo.com) does not use JavaScript-based analytics. Standard web server access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL) may be retained by our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) in accordance with their data retention policies.
4. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Jumpyloo is designed for children and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA). Because the game does not collect any personal information from users — including persistent identifiers for cross-site tracking — COPPA's parental consent requirements are not triggered. We do not:
- Knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable jurisdictions).
- Use any form of behavioral advertising or targeted marketing.
- Share user data with any third party.
- Sell or rent any information, because we collect none.
5. Data Retention
Because the game does not collect personal information from users, there is no personal data retained on our servers from app use. Support messages are retained only as long as necessary to resolve the inquiry and comply with applicable law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because we do not collect personal information through the game, there is no personal data to access or delete. To exercise any right or ask questions, contact us via our support page.
7. Third-Party Services
The Jumpyloo website uses Tally.so embedded forms for the waitlist and support contact. Tally.so collects information you submit through the form in accordance with their privacy policy. We receive the information you submit (such as your email address if you choose to provide it) solely to send you updates about Jumpyloo or to respond to your support request. We encourage parents to review Tally.so's privacy practices before submitting any information.
8. Security
Because Jumpyloo does not collect or transmit personal information, there is no user data stored on our servers. The primary privacy protection is architectural: there is nothing to breach.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this website or in the app's release notes.
